Job Position – Call Center Operator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in any field of study.
Fluency in Amharic and Afan Oromo is essential. Proficiency in Tigrigna is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in data entry
Ability to work all shifts, including 24/7.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Patience and resilience.
Job Summary:
The Call Center Operator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This individual will build rapport with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate product and service information is conveyed throughout the call.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide clear and helpful responses
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Consistently update and maintain knowledge of products and services.
Accurately convey product and service information to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate services.
