Job Position 1 – Project Sales Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Project Sales Executive, you will support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability. This role is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Assistant Project Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information.
Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity, and business efficacy.
Have a robust follow-up on collection per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
Maintain good relationships, provide high-quality service to existing distributors, and attend to customers’ complaints.
Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service
Liaise with the client market and respond to inquiries, introducing products and services to dealers/projects
Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with Supervisor

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Administer and execute Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions through timely and accurate processing, matching, coding and updating into relevant systems in accordance with company policy and procedures in order to provide regular, up-to-date, and accurate information on status or deviations.
This role is based in Adama, Adama industrial park and reports to Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and effective internal control are in place
Carry out suppliers and bank reconciliations by analysing suppliers and bank statements in order to reconcile differences between suppliers and bank statements and our books of accounts.
Handle all supplier payments for local and overseas vendors by preparing, checking, verifying, posting, and signing all payment vouchers to ensure compliance to payment agreed terms.
Maintain customer receivables set and meet collection targets on a regular basis by monitoring or controlling payment behaviour by controlling credit limits and terms to ensure a healthy customer receivables portfolio.
Assist and comply with all VAT regulations as per local requirements if required.
Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties like banks and auditors to meet audit requirements and adhere to local rules and regulations.
Issue sales invoices using cash register machine and manual invoices, document invoices accordingly

Job Profile Summary
As a Painter you are responsible to Create samples and attend to application requests of paint system as requested by sales/marketing and support sales and customers for training on application techniques and dealers’ shop decoration.
This position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to Assistant Project Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing panels of different products according to Jotun paint system based on sales and marketing request.
Responsible for preparing the project submittal which includes panels with full paint system, TDS (Technical Data Sheet), MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) and application of method statement of the product etc.
Responsible for preparing, application and shipment of painted panels to customer according to the standards.
Responsible for adequate stock of paint samples, application tools and consumable items in co-ordination with technical sales executive by following the 5S system in workshop
Visit site to exhibit special paint techniques and assist Technical Service Team for site training, workshop training of painters.
Assist sales and marketing department during special campaign, product launch, design and painting of new multi colour shops etc.
Support to dealer shop by preparing latest design and special effect of product sample for customer display.
Adhere to the HSE (Health Safety Environment) regulation and Jotun standard by using the PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment required to perform the different activities in order to ensure a safe working environment
