Job Position – Field Sales
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Work Place:Addis Ababa
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to engage with potential clients and promote our real estate services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in organizing and participating in property viewings.
Provide clients with detailed information about our properties and services.
Collect and report feedback from clients to improve services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility in the field.
Attend networking events to increase market presence and build contacts.
