Job Position – Executive I – Sales
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized university.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in building and related materials sales.
Prior experience in marketing and selling within the FMCG sector is advantageous.
Proficiency in trade sales activations, including planning and executing sales initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in managing channel partners and fostering strong relationships.
In-depth knowledge of sales and distribution principles, including market trends and consumer behavior.
Additional Requirements
Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Proficiency in effective selling and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Ability to create compelling value propositions and engage customers.
In-depth understanding of target markets and customer segments.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and behavior.
Thorough knowledge of the company’s products.
Ability to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to customers.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
