Job Position 1 – Property Administration Head

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or BA in Supply and Procurement Mgmt., or related field
Work Experience : 6 years for Diploma, and 4 years for BA graduate in relevant role
work Place: Gerji Head Office
Deadline : May 01/ 2025

Required Competence :
Computer and database skill
Excellent knowledge of inventory and supply management
Computer skill, communication skills, English language proficiency.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement to establish an organized and updated information about company physical properties of the company.
Work jointly with Insurance, General Service & Property manager to develop efficient and cost-effective property administration policies, systems and procedures.
Make continuous assessment of properties to arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out in the office.
Liaise with General Service and others to ensure maintenance and upkeep of properties, office buildings, facilities and equipment.
Design procedures for incoming and outgoing properties to protect them from misuse, damage or theft.
Closely supervise and ensure the security and safeguarding of properties from theft, robbery, illegal acts and fire.
Liaise and assist the inventory management team to conduct inventory of properties to keep track of assets.
Coordinate with finance and inventory team to assign tag numbers for each fixed assets for the purpose of identification.
Investigate missing and stolen property to locate those missing properties and take action as appropriate.
Maintain physical inventory records of property; prepare reports update information on daily basis.
Collaborate with the General Service to perform routine minor maintenance, installation, and repair of office building and equipment as appropriate to the position.
Ensure that accesses to office building premises, movement of people at point of entry and exit and the overall security services are strong and reliable.
Manage contract administration matters such as office rent, outsourced security agreement, fire extinguisher service agreement and notifies expiry of contract to immediate supervisor.
Ensure that property management and security policies and procedures are implemented and regularly updated.
Follow up timely settlement of payments for land lease, renewal of trade licenses, office rent, and outsourced security service.
Conduct employee performance appraisal periodically to evaluate how well employees have completed their duty and to take any needful action accordingly.
Prepare periodical property status report for submission to immediate supervisor.

Job Position 2 – Network & Technical Support Division Head

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MSc or BSc in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Work Experience : 8 years for BSc graduate, and 6 years for MSc in relevant role
work Place: Gerji Head Office
Deadline : May 01/2025

Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience in network administration.
Proficient in Microsoft windows and application.
Analytical and problem-solving skill.
Flexible working hours.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate a wide range of network administration duties including installations, configuring, debugging, maintenance, upgrading, and the like.
Coordinate the processes of evaluating, testing, and installing all networking infrastructures and related hardware and systems.
Manage installation, administration, and maintenance of server and related software, and operating systems.
Coordinate effective implementation of local area network and wide area network programs to ensure connection of branch offices with the head office.
Ensure implementation of training that will increase skills for using IT infrastructure.
Monitor proactively the functionality of all network devices, services, and ensure that problems are corrected on time.
Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes.
Coordinate with the MIS staff team to develop, implement, test, and maintain data recovery plans.
Work closely with the MIS staff team members to provide end-user support and solve problems without delay.
Keep updated about vendors of network related hardware for easy procurement and maintenance of IT infrastructures.
Research, evaluate and recommend network hardware and associated software for in-house development and to facilitate procurement efforts.
Develop access policy to ensure security and proper use of IT networks.
Plan for future networks and servers, and provide budgetary information to the Manger MIS as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging hardware and software technologies.
Conduct employee performance appraisal periodically to evaluate how well employees have completed their duty and to take any needful action accordingly.
Prepare performance reports for submission to the Manager MIS.
