Job Position 1 – Senior Bussiness Analyst
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Accounting and Finance or related fields of study
Experience: 4/6 yrs of experience in Beverage Industries
Required No: 2
Work Place: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities
Establishes and owns the financial reporting of performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning and forecasting, logistics and procurement and monitors planned vs. actual performance and presents results to senior management.
Responsible for the quarterly standard setting & forecast process / annual budget for raw and packaging materials and logistics cost, challenging all cost assumptions to ensure best value & drive the sign off process the head of logistics & finance director.
Drives process improvement and cost savings initiatives to optimize all aspects of logistics and inventory management
Own the financial evaluation analysis for all investment on logistics and warehousing
Attend weekly & monthly operational review meetings for logistics and procurement department.
Support the accounting manager with ad hoc finance & commercial requests from Supply Chain and Finance teams as required.
Performs other duties as assigned or required by the Fiancé and IT Director

Job Position 2 – Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience

Responsibilities
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile all accounts
Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting
Coordinates audits and makes sure the proper filing of tax returns is handled in a timely manner.
Ensures all legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions is kept.
Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Support month-end and year-end close process
Liaise with external auditors and consultants
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
Performs other duties as assigned or required by the immediate supervisor.
Job Position 3 – Tax Accountant(Senior Accountant)
