Qualification: Possession of college degree (in any field)
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in events consumer-facing marketing roles

Job Description

The sales supervisor (TSM) is responsible for the performance of the sales in the territory. He/she is responsible for the volume and market share target, leading the sales representatives for the maximum achievement of volume and market share target, making sure day-to-day deliveries in the territory go uninterrupted, Trade assets in the territory are properly planned, distributed, and followed up for maintenance and use for the purpose.

Position 3 – Sales Capability Development Manager- Readvert

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, business or related field of study.
A strong track record in Sales ideally with 3-5 years of experience preferably  in the two areas of Sales at a management level is added advantage.
Strong Communication of English and Amharic
Strong understanding of all
Previous experience of managing/leading teams either directly or indirectly.
