Position 1 – Area Sales representative (ASR) – Addis Ababa
Qualification and Experience Required
BA or BSC in business or related field
Minimum two-years of working experience in sales and related profession.
Good analytical skills, result oriented, quick learner.
Entrepreneurial team player excited to contribute to help build Komari beverage.
Strong interpersonal communication and basic report writing skill.
Energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Takes initiative and is assertive.
Proactive in decision making.
Basic Microsoft office and email skills.
Job Description
The sales representative is responsible for the company’s sales at his allocated area, daily deliveries of the product as per the route plan, managing the company’s relationship with the outlets and the consumers and collection and management of daily and weekly sales data of individual outlets and his area at large. He/she is responsible for tracking competitor trade practices, new opportunities and challenges in the area and reporting to his line manager in a timely and suggesting a possible solution.
Position 2 – Sales Capability Development Manager
Qualification and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, business or related field of study.
A strong track record in Sales ideally with 3-5 years of experience preferably in the two areas of Sales at a management level is added advantage.
Strong Communication of English and Amharic
Strong understanding of all
Selling Capabilities
and
ability to coach
others in their application.
Previous experience of managing/leading teams either directly or indirectly.
Able to influence and build great relationships across the business.
A strong track record as a coach is critical.
Knowledge and experience of change management are particularly valuable.
Previous exposure to strategy development is valuable.
An accomplished people leader who is passionate about growing themselves and others
Proactive in decision makings
Very good Microsoft word and excel skills
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assess and develop sales Standard: he/she is responsible for the continuous assessment of the sales standards and practices, development and implementation of new ways of workings, standards, the process for a better trade service.
Sales Team capability Development: Develop and govern the successful delivery of the Capability Plan and ensure that the quality of training meets company standards both on content and delivery. Identifying functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (from DSM to Distributor Sales Representative) and Creation of cutting-edge training content to meet the Competency gaps through both function-based training and Competency-based training.
Lead the coaching culture: Act as a lead coach for sales leaders and keep the coaching culture alive by ensuring Sales managers also spends time in trade coaching their team and modelling the behaviours the business wants to deliver the objectives.
