Job Position – Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Experience:A minimum of five years professional accounting experience, specifically in invoice booking.
Familiarity with international accounting practices and compliance standards.
Software Expertise:
Proficiency in using international accounting software other than Peachtree (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools).
Strong technical skills to navigate and leverage accounting software effectively.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Communication Skills:
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and provide financial insights when required.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice Booking:
Record and process invoices into accounting software accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Categorize and reconcile transactions to the correct accounts.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Resolve discrepancies by liaising with relevant departments or external parties.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all invoices and financial documents.
Ensure that all data is securely stored and accessible for audit and compliance purposes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support seamless accounting operations.
Provide input and recommendations to improve financial processes and systems.
