Job Position – Call Center Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Customer Service, Communications, Business).
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in logistics or delivery services.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other local languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software or call center tools is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently to assist customers with inquiries regarding Express and Delivery services.
Provide accurate information on shipping, delivery timelines, pricing, and other related services.
Record and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely updates and communication with customers.
Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
Promote and upsell company services to potential and existing customers.
Location: Addis Ababa
