Oda Share Company is established in March 1992 and has got its principal registration No. BL/AA/3/0000185/2004 dated 4th April 1992 with the objective of exporting agricultural products to global markets, importing & distributing high quality products, engaging in investments and various manufacturing industries. The Company is one of the few share companies established after the economic transformation of the country from socialism to market – led economy immediately after fall of the Dergue regime.
Under common objectives there are diverse business engagements by Oda Share Company. Adama Animal Feed Processing Plant which has a capacity of 10 TPH is one of the materialized manufacturing industries and is the largest feed processing plant in the country. Oda is in the five leading shareholders list of Awash Bank and Awash Insurance Companies which are the biggest private bank and insurance company in the country. Oda imports best products and distributes into local market. The supply of edible oil was made to almost all luxury hotels in Addis Ababa for the last ten years and the distribution of different aluminum profiles to construction and real estate companies are due mentioning in our import sector.
