Job Position 1 – Senior Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:B.A Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics and other related field of study
Work Experience: 5 (Five) years of experience on the position of Marketing officer or Event Management officer or Marketing and Business Communication officer or Public Relation officer or Corporate Communication officer and related areas. Banking Experience is preferable.
Roles and Responsibility
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives;
Managing the bank’s annual event calendar;
Administrate, and deliver Coopbank-related events;
Deliver efficient, top-notch events in cooperation with the corporate promotions and communications team and other divisions;
Develop and maintain event guidelines;
Assessing, reviewing, and managing events against guidelines;
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success;
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers;
Coordinate all event operations;
Lead promotional activities for the event;
Approve all aspects before the day of the event;
Ensure the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur;
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports;
Prepare a plan for outdoor marketing and follow up on the execution;
Preparing reports on the performance of events.

Job Position 2 – Business Communication Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.A Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Management, and other related field of study
Work Experience: 3 (Three) years of experience on the position of Marketing officer or Event Management officer or Marketing and Business Communication officer or Public Relation officer or Corporate Communication officer and related areas. Banking Experience is preferable.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to promote Coopbank’s products and services;
Create content for various communication channels;
Monitor the bank’s reputation and address any issues that may arise;
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all communication materials align with the bank’s overall objectives and message;
Manage media relations and ensure that the bank is represented accurately in the media;
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts;
Identify new advertising markets and participate in promotion campaign plan development;
Organize and coordinate events, such as press conferences, product launches, and stakeholder engagements;
Gather/update information, make analysis on costs and benefits on promotional requests, and make recommendations;
Select media, and propose appropriate size, time, frequency, and target group for promotion or communication;
Assist advertisement agencies, follow-up production, and check/ proofread samples;
Undertakes promotion impact assessments;
Participate in an exhibition/trade fair;
Gathers and analyses competitor’s information with respect to promotion;
Follow up on the printing/production processes of promotional materials;
Enhance brand enforcement campaigns to educate internal customers;
Ensure that all communication materials and activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
