Required Qualification and Experience
Education: M.Sc/B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Economics, Food science, Food Engineering, Agri-business management, and related fields with focus on IAIP development, food quality and safety, and value chain development programs;
Minimum of 14yearsB.Scor minimum 12 years of M.Sc work experience;
Proficiency in English oral and written is mandatory;
Worked in the management of the development projects or programs;
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point) or corresponding open-source software;
Having already worked for international agencies, IAIP development, speaking one or more local languages is an asset;
Good knowledge and use of email software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird);

Job Position 2 – Project Finance Specialist

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business and Economics, Accounting, International Relations, or Law. Degrees in other disciplines can be taken into consideration if accompanied by specific sectoral experience.
Minimum of 12years B.Sc. or Minimum of 10 years M.Sc. work experience;
Experience in administrative-accounting management of development programs and projects;
Experience gained in the preparation of reports and financial statements of development programs and projects, closing of annual financial statements of institutions, organizations, companies;
Experience in financial auditing;
Experience in the management of procedures for the acquisition of goods, services and works within the framework of initiatives financed by Development Agencies in accordance with current Ethiopian legislation and procedures applied (World Bank, others);
Experience in human resource management: contracts, payroll management, contributions, insurances;
Proficient English oral and written production is mandatory;
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point) or corresponding open-source software;
Knowledge of the main IT software and tools for administrative and accounting management (e.g. Peachtree)
Good knowledge and use of email software
