Job Position – Casher Accountant I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Minimum BA/ Diploma/TVET Level IV in Accounting and Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as cashier, data clerk and related position.
Very Good knowledge of Cashiers Responsibility
Excellent communication and collaboration skill is mandatory.
The Casher Accountant is directly reporting to the Finance Director of the company. He/she is responsible for maintaining daily financial activity and accounting by verifying receipts/payments and other data as per the policy and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles customers’ requests properly.
Prepare Cheque Properly and Settle Withholding based on Rule and Regulation
Manages the overall cash transaction at head office and business unit level.
Opens & closes cash transactions on daily basis.
Keeps records of collections & payments regularly.
Establishes and maintains cash controls and also prepares cash related reports.
Prepares and provides with the necessary data (transaction list, payable schedules, audit confirmation letters) to both internal and external auditors.
