People in Need is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded on the ideals of humanity, freedom, equality and solidarity.
People in Need was established in 1992 by a group of Czech war correspondents, journalists and activists and has grown to become one of the largest non-profit organization in Central and Eastern Europe.

Job Position 1 – Cashier
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in Accounting and financial management
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the sector with handling of cash
NGO experience highly advantageous
Has very good understanding of PIN Code of Conduct.
Good command of MS Package (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Oromifa language is Mandatory
Has very good knowledge on cash book
3 strong references (only from previous supervisors, will be crosschecked)
Length of Contract: one-year with possible extension
Place of Work: – Based in Yabello Oromia Region with frequent travel to PIN’s project sites in different regions as required.

Job Position 2 – Meal Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Social Science, development study, economics , statistics and related fields of studies.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of MEAL experience in management level
Experience in consortium MEAL and on similar position
Experience in developing consortium project M& E plans, training staff , capacity building quantitative and qualitative data collection , analysis and reporting and other aspects of M&E.
Culturally sensitive, the ability to work in teams/ isolated situation and stressful environments and under pressure of meeting deadlines.
Knowledge about core humanitarian standards
Previous working experience in the INGO environment
Computer friendly (Word, excel, power point, outlook etc)
knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English.
