Job Position 1 – Driver
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience: 0-2 years of driving experience, preferably in a professional setting.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Note: Candidates located in the Lebu area are highly encouraged
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, products, and equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring all safety and maintenance checks are performed regularly.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo.
Plan and adjust routes to optimize travel time and fuel efficiency.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance issues.
Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding transport schedules and any changes.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Job Position 2 – Marketing
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required No: 2 (1 female, 1 male)

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management.
Job Position 3 – Office Admin
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Female candidates only.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
