Job Position 1 – Chief Information System Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Minimum of first Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other related fields
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, out of which, a minimum of four (4) years shall be experienced as a department manager or equivalent.
Salary and benefits: As per the salary scale and benefits package of the bank
Place of Work: Addis Ababa – Ethiopia

Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for providing leadership for effective information communication technology support services to the Bank. S/he will spearhead responsive IT business solutions including IT projects and program management, system development and customization, and IT quality assurance. The job holder will oversee E-Banking and IT security services including alternate channels and IT quality and vendor management. S/he will lead IT service management and service delivery including ensuring proper IT infrastructure, database administration, data center operation, systems administration and systems operation.

Job Position 2 – Chief Corporate Services

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, international trade or other Business related fields
A minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience (experience in the area of finance, HR and Procurement &facility), out of which, at a minimum four (4) years shall be experienced as a department manager or equivalent.

Job Summary
The job holder is answerable to the Chief Executive Officer He/She provides leadership for effective finance and support services for the Bank. The job holder will provide oversight for prudent financial, treasury and fund management; procurement and warehousing: property administration: construction project management; and general and technical services. He/She is responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of human resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives. A key part of this role is providing leadership in effecting a results-driven performance management culture, organizational development initiatives and ensuring staff motivation and a conducive working environment. The job holder will also provide oversight for the Bank’s security services.
