Job Position – Secretary and Receptionist

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Office Administration and Secretarial Science Technology
Computer Science or any other relevant field of study
Certificate or Diploma (Level III)

Duties and Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and leading to appropriate office.
Disseminating incoming letters to the concerned body.
Drafting letters as per the direction of higher bodies.
Handling confidential office documents.
Handling enquiries and scheduling meetings.
Overseeing the safety and security of the office.
Capable to manage office duties.
Location: Addis Ababa
