Job Position 1 – External Affairs Manager – Jimma

Requitred Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in in political science, law, economics, communication, or similar discipline ·
Experience in a relationship management, CSR planning and implementation
Good relationships with stakeholders in Addis and regions.
Must know the socioeconomic and political situation of the region and preferably work in the region.
Experience in community engagement in the region.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Addis Ababa government officials and regulatory bodies to support the Commercial Business Unit’s objectives.
Advocate for policies and regulations that favor the company’s growth and operations.
Design and implement external affairs strategies that align with the Commercial Business Unit’s goals, enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation.
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in Addis Ababa and other regions.
Collaborate with the regional CSR committee to identify community needs and develop impactful programs that support the company’s objectives.
Engage with local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
Gather and integrate community feedback into CSR initiatives to ensure they meet local needs.
Identify and assess potential risks related to public affairs and CSR activities, developing proactive strategies to mitigate these risks.
Monitor public sentiment and its impact on the company’s operations and reputation.
Prepare regular reports on external affairs activities, CSR initiatives, and their outcomes for internal stakeholders.
Analyze the effectiveness of external affairs and CSR programs, providing recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with the Commercial Business Unit to ensure p external affairs and CSR strategies align with business goals and objectives.
Provide insights and support for commercial initiatives that require stakeholder engagement or public awareness.
Oversee the budget for public affairs and CSR activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Provide guidance and training to regional teams on CSR best practices, community engagement strategies, and public affairs issues.

Job Position 2 – Executive Head of Department:Tax

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A BCom Degree/ or any appropriate business-related degree
CPA (K) qualified
8 years’ experience with 4 years’ post qualification experience in finance with specialization in Taxation.
Experience in Tax authority audits and internal and external Financial Audits.
Experience in staff supervision ensuring quality of work produced

Job Position 3 – Regional Acquisition Manager-BALE ROBE

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using relevant sales tools.
Previous experience in customer acquisition or sales roles.
Proficient in using sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Knowledge of local language is required

Role purpose:
Reporting to Commercial manager, this position holder will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new individual & SME customers and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve acquisition targets.
Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive successful sales outcomes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, customer acquisition, and market insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
Mentor and guide a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Stay informed about new products and services, promptly communicating relevant information to the sales team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in representing the company’s values and brand.
Analyze data to identify trends and customer behavior to develop and implement better acquisition strategies.
Ensure the TDRs Journey plan /JP adherence, cluster development and site utilization.
