Position 1 – Research Lead
Qualification, Experience & Skills
Upper second-class degree in Business or Commerce from a recognized University
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of managing research projects in Telecom, FMCG or research firms; from brief to debrief, either client or agency side, either qualitative or quantitative, is essential.
A proven track record of using a range of research methodologies -qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods.
Proven experience with knowledge translation, including synthesizing data and information for different audiences and articulating key insights.
A persuasive and tactful communicator, able to express complex or commercial issues in simplified language for research experts and non-experts.
Experience delivering results both through individual contribution and through collaboration efforts with different business functions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time
A change leader with experience driving uptake and adoption of research across different stakeholders including C-level executives
A highly motivated self-starter with an agile mindset emulating agile ways of working.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with a track record of pivoting in response to opportunities and challenges.
High level knowledge of commercial knowledge.
Experience in working with the telecommunications/technology sector additional benefit.
Position 2 – Research Lead

Position 3 – Data & Analytics Specialist
Qualification, Experience & Skills
Bachelors or master’s in software engineering, Statistics, Math’s or any related field
3-5 years of experience in generating business insights by running ad hoc analysis (trend and distribution analysis) and have good commercial understanding
Expertise in various BI and analytics tools such and Oracle OBIEE, Business Objects, Tableau, Qlick View or MicroStrategy
Experience in setting up DataMart, designing and developing ETL and reporting dashboards
Analytics experience in one or more of these areas: campaign management, sales, credit scoring product design, pricing, supply chain, network, customer care would be an added advantage
Good communication and presentation (oral and written) skills
Experience in telecom, financial services or similar industries
Position 4 – Business Development Officer -Harar ( Re-Advertisement)
Qualification, Experience & Skills
Marketing, Sales, Business administration or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 4 years’ experience in sales, territory management Qualifications.
Experience in sales, channel management or distribution in fast moving consumer goods is an added advantage.
