Job Position 1 – Accountant

Required Qualification & Experience
Education:MA/BA degree in Business Administration and/or marketing Management or equivalent,
Experience:Respectively, MA/BA 3/5 years of experience in sales and marketing operation in a competitive environment
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making,
Ability to work under pressure, to manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies that aligned with the company’s goals
Market the company’s existing products and introduce new products to the market
Conduct market research to enhance sales and marketing operations,
Communication with the international and local suppliers and customers
Plan and manage marketing campaigns,
Monitor marketing and sales success,
Measure market penetration rate; year-over-year sales growth; customer acquisition cost; retention rate etc.
Understand consumers’ requirements; identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals,
Search credible agents and expand access to products
