Position 1 – Compliance Officer

Qualification & Experience: BA degree in management, business administration, or other related fields
2-3 years experience as a compliance officer or risk management officer (Preferably in manufacturing companies)
Familiar with the worldwide popular audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP ,HIGG ETC)
Excellent English communication skills
Excellent Ms-suite and computer knowledge
Problem and conflict resoultion skills withstand working under pressure
Good Chinese language (Preferred)

Job Description

Monitor operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law
Train and educate staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines
Manage the company’s various employee committees and enhance the communication between management and workshop employees.
Supervise the implementation of various policies formulated by the company.
Participate in the formulation of new company policies.
Complete other tasks assigned by the department head or the company.

Position 2 – Logistics Officer

Qualification & Experience: BA degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or other related fields
3-5 years experience as a logistics officer in exporting companies
Working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Experience on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work with little supervision

Job Description:

Coordinating with customs officials at airport or IPDC to ensure that incoming or outgoing shipments meet all legal requirements for entry into the country or export of products
Developing and implementing effective tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments in real time
Ensuring that shipping containers are properly labeled with addresses, contents, weights, etc
Ensure that all documents are delivered to the customs and the airlines
Preparation of bank permits, invoices and packing list for shipment
Audit freight cost and documentation
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Organize files both manually and electronically.
Other duties assigned by the department or the organization.

Position 3 – Financial Supervisor

Qualification & Experience: BA degree in accounting and finance
At least 5 years experience as a finance supervisor

Job Description

Ensuring monthly finalization/closing of the accounts
Ensuring books are maintained accurately and in compliance with IFRS, internal policies and Ethiopian tax laws
Analyzing the monthly results and variances between the Budget and Actual results
Rollout the various financial policies and procedures and ensuring statutory compliances。
Ensures that transactions are coded, analyzed and recorded in peach tree accounts on time
Follows up the preparation for all payments, authorizes payments as per the company policy.
Reconcile bank accounts to Peach tree recording
Reconcile Balance sheet and income statement accounts and maintain the reconciliation files
Ensuring effective internal financial controls. Supporting the Company’s Finance team
Any other tasks as assigned by the management

Position 4 – Payroll Accountant

Qualification & Experience: BA degree in accounting or other related fields
2 years and above experience as a payroll accountant

Job Description

Prepare employees salary that comprises of basic salary, overtime, job target incentive and others
Accurately calculate employees net payment considering deductions and taxes
Calculate and deduct government taxes and pension
Ensure the implementation deduction for absenteeism, late coming and other penalties according

to the rules and regulation of the company.
Archive payroll and related files in retrievable manner
Monitor employees paid and unpaid leaves
Answer employee questions concerning payroll
Ensure company payments are in compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes

– Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Experience: 0 – 2 years
