Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension based on good performance.
Location: Shashemene Regional Office, with frequent travel to project sites.

Required qualification and experience
Education: BSc degree in Information technology and computer science.
Experience: 2 years in information technology and computer science works within the non-profit sector, including 1 year directly in the position.

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the organization’s information technology systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, software, and networks. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing IT infrastructure, and supporting the organization’s technological needs.

The role encompasses grant proposal coordination, agreement management, compliance monitoring, and providing support to program teams to ensure successful grant outcomes.Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension based on performance.
