Main Responsibilities:
Plays a pivotal role in liaison of the regional and zonal project among TCC-E and the regional health bureau and other sectors as appropriate.
Technically support both the RHB and Zonal health department for the effective and timely accomplishment of project activities.
Coordinates and provides necessary support for the undertaking of surveys, MDA schedules, and mentoring and supervision activities planned by TCCE/RHB, including obtaining a letter of support, ethical clearance, and administrative support.
Works closely with BoFEC and other relevant offices in preparation for an annual plan of action (POA).
Monitors proper implementation of RB/LF POA in the project areas.
Prepare and submit quarterly project performance reports to BOFED and RHB.
Produce and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual project performance reports to CO.
Monitors performance of the projects against project agreements and PoA.
Participates in the development/revision of RB/LF guidelines, training manuals, IFC/BCC materials and other program inputs.
In consultation with the Program Manager, regularly update BoFED, RHB, ZHDs, and Zone Finance and Economy Development Departments on the progress of project implementation.
Works on strengthening RB/LF task forces at region and zone levels.
Participates in RB/LF Elimination workshops in the respective region, zones, and elsewhere, when requested and approved by TCCE/RHB.
Plan and execute/follow partnership meetings and work together with the RHB to organize regular supervision activities in the zone.
Organizes quarterly/semiannual partnership meetings with the RHB and TCCE in consultation with PM, project compliance and partnership officer, DCR-O, and all relevant stakeholders.
Works to ensure cross-border collaboration activities are in due course both internally and with neighboring countries and monitors and keeps updating on its progress.
Facilitates the development of Project proposals, agreements and MoUs between TCCE and the RHB and makes stringent follow-up to its proper execution.
Support and coordinate level III GWEP implementation and promote the cash reward assessment in the region.
Collaborate with the RHB/BoFEC in other/NTDs activities and show up supportive partnership engagement.
