Job position- HR Intern – Documentation & Archive
Required qualification and experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with 0 years of experience
Experience & Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft applications software’s (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in developing a career in HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Amharic & English)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willing to involve in versatile activities
Demonstrates strong learning agility
Commitment to Organizational values
Key accountability and ownership
Assists in organizing and maintaining physical and digital employee records,
Assists in ensuring all daily attendances/timesheets are col
Assists in scanning, digitizing, and uploading documents into the HRIS
Assists in securely storing records in accordance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Assists in ensuring that HR documentation complies with legal and company-specific regulations
Facilitate different events in the HR department.
Facilitate the issuance of ID Cards
Communication and Networking:
Regularly communicate with the HR team on various administrative tasks
Ensure daily communication with the field team for the collection of timesheets
Location: Addis Ababa
