Job Position – Junior System Administrator & Customer Care Officer is Needed!
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: No prior experience required (entry-level role).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Solid understanding of computer systems, networking, and hardware configuration.

Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems or telematics solutions is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical and non-technical support via ticketing system, calls, emails, and onsite visits to ensure high client satisfaction.
Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and maintain GPS tracking devices and related hardware for clients. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues effectively.
Software Administration: Manage GPS tracking software, including account setup, data management, and system configurations tailored to client requirements.
Customization & Integration: Adapt and integrate GPS tracking software based on specific client needs, ensuring seamless functionality.
Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for customers on GPS tracking systems and create clear, comprehensive documentation for reference.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve system-related issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior teams when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical and customer service teams to optimize operations and enhance the client experience.
