Job Position – Junior Accountant & Office Support

Required qualificication and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0 years of experience in accounting, finance, or office administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, expense reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and support general accounting activities.
Assist in payroll processing, including tracking employee hours and deductions.
Prepare basic financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Support tax filings, VAT calculations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and invoicing issues.

Office Administration Duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Manage correspondence, emails, and administrative paperwork.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
