Job Position 1 – Sales Executive

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, communications or business-related field
Work experiences 0 To 2 years and more on sales and marketing or other related Fields
Good understanding of how Field Sales operates within the Sales organization.
Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Driving license at least 2nd grade with experience

Main Purpose
Increase sales volume within the assigned territory/region to ensure the company’s competitiveness and innovation, achieve growth targets, and create and maintain strong relationships with customers and consumers. Monitor and follow up competitors’ sales activities and propose and execute promotional activities.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Every Day Great Execution of aiming to achieve 100 % of set Target.
Document and file the list of all his (her) outlets including active outlets, temporarily closed and permanently closed outlets and update relevant data regularly.
Visit a minimum of 25 (Twenty-Five) preselected outlets per day as per the schedule approved and submitted by the Area Sales Manager and fill the survey questions of sales Buzz.
Visit additional outlets on demand.
Visit every outlet in his(her) route at least once a month regardless of the sales volume contribution of that outlet
Ensure attending morning meetings with VSMs & issues reporter timely/daily.
On time Submission of Weekly/Monthly Journey Plan and adherence to it.
Ensure daily Early Morning Deliveries.
Maintain a very good and smooth relationship with all the customers
Check the level of stock inside the fridges of the outlets, secure the fridge planogram is respected; is fully utilized; and is correctly positioned. Take any corrective action when required
Check proper positioning and functionality of company assets and product delivery.
Negotiate with outlets for priority in creating visibility and placement of POS materials (banners, light boxes, Posers, etc.)
Increase the number of Point of Sale (POS) in his/her area by prospecting actively and finding new POS and New Markets.
Conduct night visits at least three (3) nights per week and 3 outlets per night.
Collect consumer related information and inform product benefits and features.
Carefully observe and evaluate consumer behavior and category
Build and maintain excellent relationship with consumer
Distribute any promotional material professionally and keep records.
Communicate with consumers professionally and forward our product benefits and features.
Make sure that our Influential are incorporated in our all-promotional activities, and we need to keep close look at them.
Weekly Outlet activation report (if any)
Fixed assets need assessment,
Fixed asset delivery report.
Advertising materials need assessment.
Any other tasks assigned by the Area Sales Manager.

Job Position 2 – Area Sales Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc or BA degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
Successful previous experience in a sales position
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
Good understanding of how Field Sales operates within the Sales organization.
Outstanding communication and customer handling skills.
Well experienced in managing a team subordinate under him/her.
Strong communication skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively customers and team members.
Excellent negotiation skills

Main Responsibility
The Area Sales Manager is a good-natured, team-oriented individual responsible for overseeing, monitoring, evaluating, following up, surveying, and reporting on all activities within the assigned market to increase sales volume and other KPIs, while ensuring competitiveness in the area.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Implement district sales plan to expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Oversee progress and performance of sales representatives.
Follow up on the POS visit schedules of Sales Executives on Sales Buzz.
Follow up daily sales performance of primary and secondary sales of both Anbesa and 7
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Check the United Beverage market positioning and status against competitors and identify gaps, loopholes and challenges for improvement
Lead, motivate and monitor the sales representatives, and distributors, achieve sustainable growth and Sales target through the correct ways of working, as per the company’s RTM standards.
Conduct relevant surveys, studies and research and propose more innovative ways of doing business (including unexplored areas of business)
Drive sells out to retail outlets to optimize stock levels in market with highest possible numeric distribution.
Demonstrate high visibility on the market through customer development and Customer Relationship Management. Spend 100% of the time on trade.
On time Submission of Weekly/Monthly Journey Plan and adherence to it.
Fully engaged and take accountability on timely completion (100%) of all promotional activities and submission of documents.
Represent and promote United Beverage and its brand Values in day-to-day activities
Ensure after-sales service as per Company standard is delivered and respond to complaints from customers
Conduct outlet Visit of 10-15 per day
Ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services (in the right amount and mix) to outlets
Conduct regular visits to outlets and maintain regular and close communications with their owners, managers, supervisors and the staff
Ensure agent is organized as per company operational standards
Check always agent price is set as per agreed & recommended company prices
Support & Manage Sales Executives to best implement their tasks.
Coach mentor & motivate all subordinates and give proper empowerment.
Produce Periodic and seasonal reports with complete analysis and recommendations/remedies.
Any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor [RSM].
