Job Position 1 – Accounting Assistant

Required Qualification and Experience

Experience:A minimum of four years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related areas is required.

Functional Responsibilities

Within delegated authority, the Accounting Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
Collects cash from ticket sales and deposits in the bank,
Records and reconciles accounting transactions.
Assists in the processing of payments to vendors for goods and services. This includes, amongst other things, calculating, inputting, and checking payments for correctness and communicating discrepancies to supervisors.
Responds to queries from staff members and third parties.
Performs other duties as may be required.

Job Position 2 – Public Information Assistant (Tour Guide)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:High School Completion or equivalent is required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, social sciences, international relations, or a related field is an asset.
Experience:A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of communications and public information or a related field is required.
Experience as a tour guide in an international setting would be an asset.

Job Position 3 – Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A Masters Degree in Public Health, Economics, Development Studies, Business Management/Administration, Project Management, and/or other relevant field of study is required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in combination with two additional years of experience may be accepted instead of the Masters Degree requirement.
Experience:At least two (2) years relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation for Masters degree holders. OR (four) 4 years relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation for Bachelor’s degree holders.
Proven experience in dealing with government, INGOs, and UN agencies stakeholders is an added advantage.
Language Requirements:Fluency in English (Reading, Speaking & Writing) is required.

Job Position 6 – Health, Safety, Social and Environmental Senior Analyst – Analysis and Reporting (Health Specialist)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Advanced Degree/Master’s degree in health, public health, health economics, epidemiology, social science, statistics, or other related fields is required.
A first university degree (Bachelor’s equivalent) will be accepted instead of the Master´s degree with an additional four (4) years of experience.
Experience:A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the area of Public Health is required;
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a complex environment is an added advantage;
Previous successful involvement with, and good knowledge of MOH, NGO and civil society would be an asset;
Strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to establish good working relations with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment are desirable;
Willingness to undertake regular field visits in difficult conditions is preferable;
Excellent writing and analytical skills would be an asset;
Language Requirements:Fluency in English (reading, speaking & writing) is required.
