Job Position – Secretary & Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong customer-oriented soft skills (Articulate, Communicative, Polite).
Excellent command of English, Afan Oromo, and Amharic (Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening).
Location: Addis Ababa, Bole

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing information about company services, policies, and procedures.
Perform administrative tasks, including drafting contract agreements, maintaining records, files, and databases.
Process orders, payments, and documentation with attention to detail.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Support sales and marketing teams with customer-related tasks.
