Job Position 1 – Graduate Trainee (IFB)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.
CGPA 2.75 and above
Only 2023 & 2024 graduates can apply
Age < 25
Exit exam result ≥ 50
Work experience is not required
COC(for level IV) is mandatory Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory
Work Place: Newly opening Branch under Bahir Dar District (Wegagen Amana Kemisse Branch)
Job Purpose
To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.
Job Position 2 – Sr. Customer Service Officer-II-IFB
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with Three (3) years relevant work experience. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Work Place: Newly opening Branch under Bahir Dar District (Wegagen Amana Kemisse Branch)
Job Purpose
To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.
Job Position 3 – Customer Service Supervisor-II-IFB
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years relevant work experience. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Work Place: Newly opening Branch under Bahir Dar District (Wegagen Amana Kemisse Branch)
Job Purpose

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields, with Six (6) years of experience
Work Place: Head Office
Job Purpose
To enhance the bank’s operational efficiency and effectiveness through developing and managing technology driven card banking services based on business requirement
Job Position 5 -Branch Manager IV-IFB
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Customer Service Supervisor-II IFB or Sr. Customer Service Officer-I IFB. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Work Place: Newly opening Branch under Bahir Dar District (Wegagen Amana Kemisse Branch)
Job Purpose
