Job Position 1- Intern – Logistics and Admin Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : BA/BSC degree in Logistics/Procurement, supply chain management, Business administration, and management.
Excellent knowledge and skills in supply chain management, fleet management, facility management and office administration.
No record of any form of fraud, misappropriation of resources, etc.
Willingness to work in high pressure work environment with diverse demands
Responsibilities:
Assist Logistics and Admin Officer in preparation of bid documents, analysis, minutes report, award and service contracts(agreements) for all procurement of WHH Ethiopia
Maintain and update supplier and service provider list
Keeps records and files of procurement in a systematic manner
Provide logistics support in customs clearance activities
Maintain updated fixed asset register with necessary details and identification numbers; and prepare yearly report on inventories list
Identify old assets and files for disposal according to WHH policies & ACSO requirements
Assist LAO to ensure that WHH assets such as vehicles, furniture, equipment, office tools, and the premise(s) are maintained in the best standard.
Keep track of quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Manage calendar and schedules, and coordinate events, including meeting, conferences and seminars

Job Position 2 – Capacity Development Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational development, Project management, International Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of one- or two-years’ experience in project support, MEAL activity coordination, organizational support, or related activities. Practical work in a similar context will be considered.

Skills:
Basic understanding of CSO governance, management, and programmatic effectiveness issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
Experience in managing or facilitating assessments, study and learning events, digital learning, training, events, or other capacity-building programs is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Capacity Assessments: Conduct organizational assessments of participating CSOs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and capacity gaps in governance, management, and programmatic effectiveness.
Capacity-Building Plans and Training Materials: Assist the Senior Capacity Development Expert, MEAL Expert and the Program Manager in developing capacity-building plans and creating training materials (such as modules and handouts) that align with assessment findings, project goals, and donor requirements.
Training Coordination: Oversee logistics for training programs and workshops, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery for partners, grantees, and their staff.
Stakeholder Engagement: Help manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their active participation in training programs and other project activities.
Inclusivity: Ensure the capacity-building activities are inclusive and address gender considerations throughout the project cycle.
Project Participation: Actively engage and assist in project-related meetings, workshops, and field visits to contribute insights and feedback.
Documentation & Reporting: Support the Senior Capacity Development Expert in the preparation of documentation, presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
Communication: Maintain a good flow of communication and information with grantees, partners, and stakeholders throughout the project.
Other duties: Perform other duties and tasks at the request of management
