Job Position 1 – Project Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Accounting and Finance field with 2 years and above experience.
A proven skill with computer based financial reporting is a must.
NGO work experience preferable.

Job Position 2 – Public Health Engineer/ Water Sanitation and Hygiene (PHE/WASH) Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master of Public Health/BSc in Environment Health Science, Public Heath, Health Officer, or related fields that can added value to the post.
Minimum of 6 years working experience in Public Health Promotion, Emergency WASH, public health promotion, community mobilization out of which preferable 3 years of experience working in INGO organization.
Experience and understanding of community mobilization in relation to water, sanitation, and hygiene activities.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with survivors, colleagues, stakeholders, and community members. Ability to build rapport, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Position 3 – Public Health Promoter (PHP) Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master of Public Health /BSc in Environment Health Science, Public Heath, Health Officer, or related fields that can added value to the post.
At least Five years of post-qualification experience in community-based Public Health Promotion projects.
Proven hands-on expertise in various techniques of hygiene promotion and AWD (Acute Watery Diarrhea) preparedness/response.
Experience in developing training materials and strong training skills. Knowledge of and experience with community-based interventions using participatory methodologies

Job Position 4 – Women and Girls Friendly Space (WGFS) Facilitator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma/Degree in social work/psychology or related fields preferred.
1-2 years’ (for degree holder) 3-4 years’ (for diploma holder) experience in the humanitarian sector, particularly in protection and GBV.
Experience in facilitating psychosocial group support activities with women and girls
Demonstrated experience working directly with survivors and can demonstrate understanding of a survivor-centered approach.

WGFS facilitator requires demonstration of the following competence:
Knowledge of GBV: Possess a strong understanding of gender-based violence, including its causes, dynamics, and survivor-centered approaches. Familiarity with international standards, guidelines, and best practices in GBV prevention and response is essential.
Basic Case Management Skills: Proficient in identifying survivors, providing psychosocial first aid and referral to specialized services.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with survivors, colleagues, stakeholders, and community members. Ability to build rapport, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Community Mobilization: Build rapport with community members and mobilize them during project activities.
Planning: Develop weekly plan of the WGFS activities.
Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and organizational practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization. Ensure confidentiality.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with and among participants of the friendly space, create a conducive environment.
