Job Position 1 – Junior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is often required
1+ years of relevant accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of transportation-related formulas and functions

Responsibilities
Processing and Recording Transactions: Entering financial data, such as invoices, receipts, and payments, into accounting software.
Account Reconciliation: Ensuring the accuracy of financial records by comparing internal data with external statements like bank statements.
Maintaining Ledgers: Managing and updating general and subsidiary ledgers.
Preparing Financial Statements: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing payments to suppliers and tracking money owed by customers.
Payroll Processing: Assisting with the calculation and processing of employee salaries and related taxes.
Cash Register operating: – working in cash register of the company in order to process the company sales activities.
Data Entry and Analysis: Maintaining accurate financial databases and assisting with basic financial analysis.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
Reporting: Preparing regular reports on financial activities.
Supporting other Accountants: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures, audits, and other accounting projects.
Job Position 2 – Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Accounting/Financial Management/Business/Business Administration/other related disciplines
Experience:2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
work Place: Addis Ababa
Skills & Knowledge:
Working knowledge of profit accounting standards
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint application)
Experience with peach tree accounting software
Ability to present data and financial reports

Job Position 3 – Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR management.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in HR software and payroll systems is an added advantage.
