Job Position 1 – Sales Person
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
Basic computer skills are required.
Prior exposure to bid preparation, proforma invoicing, and retail pharmacy operations is preferred.
Experience: One year and above
Location: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other clients.
Prepare and submit bids and proforma invoices for potential clients and tenders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the wholesale pharmaceutical sector.
Provide product information and training to clients as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Job Position 2 – Store Keeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) with 0 years of experience, or a Diploma in Pharmacy (Druggist) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Valid professional pharmacy license is mandatory.
Location: Addis Ababa
Deadline: February 9,2025
Duties and Responsibility
Receive, verify, and manage the inventory of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
Ensure proper storage conditions for all medical items in accordance with pharmaceutical standards to maintain quality and efficacy.
Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with inventory records.
Implement and adhere to First Expiry First Out (FEFO) inventory management practices.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storage area to meet health and safety standards.
