Job Title – Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)
Educational Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Public Administration and Development Management, Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade & Investment Management, Cooperative Accounting & Auditing, Cooperative Business Management, or Public Administration & Business Management.
Work Experience: Not required.
GPA: 3.0 and above for male applicants, and 2.75 and above for female applicants.

Tigray Region Branches:
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Tigrinya and Amharic languages is mandatory; English language skill is preferable.
Place of Registration: Oromia Bank Mekelle Branch, located at Mekelle City Ato Fisiha Building 1st floor.
District: Dessie District (for branches found in Tigray Region).
Afar Region Branches:
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Afar and Amharic languages is mandatory; English language skill is preferable.
Place of Registration: Oromia Bank Logya Branch.
District: Dessie District (for branches found in Afar Region).
General Requirements & Notice
Age: Must be below 26 years (inclusive).
Graduation Year: Only graduates of 2026 shall apply.
Exit Exam: Reasing Exit Examination is mandatory.
Terms of Employment: Permanent upon satisfactory completion of probation period.
Remuneration: As per the salary and benefit policy of the Bank.
