Position 1 – Safeguarding Coordinator
General Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in Law, social or organizational sciences, gender studies, humanitarian affairs and related fields is required.
Master’s degree in protection, Law and other related fields is an added advantage.
Experience:Minimum of five years’ experience with an NGO or INGO in safeguarding, protection, or a related field is required.
Experience developing and implementing safeguarding strategies is highly desirable.
Experience designing and delivering safeguarding training and awareness-raising activities is required.
At least one assignment in an emergency context is desirable.
Strong facilitation skills, including experience in adult learning methodologies and coordinating training/workshops for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated understanding of inclusive practices and commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Experience working in international, fast-paced environments with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience conducting safeguarding risk assessments.
Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Experience as a project coordinator is an added advantage.
Languages:Fluency in English and Amharic a requirement, and any other Local language  desirable
Starting Base salary (N+0) –USD 2710, payable in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

Main Purpose/Job Summary:-
The Safeguarding Coordinator leads the development and implementation of a safeguarding strategy to strengthen detection, prevention, and reporting, based on a context-specific needs analysis.

Position 2 – Medical Doctor

General Requirements
Education: Medical Doctor degree
Desirable : diploma in Tropical Medicine, or post-graduation experience in
public health, infectious disease , HIV/TB, ,minor surgery
Experience 2 year experience minimum as a Medical Doctor or in clinical work (can be within medical training). Desirable in tropical medicine, or post-registration experience in Public Health , obs and gynae, paediatrics, A&E, infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS/STDs, TB, general practice, general medicine or minor surgery.
Languages Mission language essential. Local language desirable.
Knowledge Essential computer literacy (word, excel)

Remuneration and Benefits:
