Position 1 – IT Business Analyst

General Requirements:
Education: Degree in Science/computer science/Engineering/Business related.
At least 2 years of broad technical background inclusive of databases, applications, Infrastructure, cloud, development, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture and system design experience
Professional Experience in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) as well as software development lifecycle is preferred, in agile (SAFe, Scrum) and waterfall methodologies.
A methodical approach with proven experience designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps
Understanding of working with 3rd party suppliers
Strong business acumen and mindset
Ability to persuade stakeholders and to champion effective techniques through delivery
Ability to drive initiatives without any formal authority in an ambiguous environment
Ability to guide/teach others in architecture principles
Working knowledge of all domains in telecoms including VAS, Charging, CRM and Digital Services

Position 2 – Digital & Financial Services Audit Manager

General Requirements:
Education: 6–8 years of audit experience in Telecommunications, Banking, or Technology sectors, with strong exposure to data-intensive controls and project assurance. Experience gained in a reputable professional audit firm serving multiple key clients, or within a well-established internal audit function.
Proficiency in data analytics and technology-enabled auditing for large-volume transactional environments. Proven Capability in using analytics tools like IDEA and/or Python in analytics.
Experience leading by leverage internal controls as a business enabler and as a catalyst for business efficiency, compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Proficiency in automated controls implementation.
Experience in conducting IT audits and risk assessments.
Visualization – Ability to interpret complex datasets, apply analytics, and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across digital and financial services operations.
Experience in successfully delivering audit engagements and strategic projects assurance.
Regulatory Compliance – Strong understanding of financial services regulations, AML/CFT, data protection, and consumer protection requirements.
Cybersecurity Awareness – Knowledge of cyber risks affecting DFS platforms, payment systems, and customer data, with focus on control effectiveness.
Financial Analysis – Proficient in evaluating financial data, transaction flows, and revenue processes to identify anomalies and control gaps.
Process Improvement – Capable of assessing end-to-end processes and recommending practical, value-adding improvements in efficiency, governance, and controls.

Position 3 – Program Manager: Network Deployment

General Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
Project/Program management 7+ years’ experience
PMP certification or similar is a Plus
Experience in telecom rollout or related Technology infrastructure projects, Telecom network & Power Solutions
In-depth understanding of telecom power & network components
Knowledge of power & TI connection procedures, permits, and integration with telecom infrastructure.
Familiarity with electrical safety codes for telecom site deployments.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting, data visualization, and performance analysis.
Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and contractors.
