National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE)

The National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), re-established by proclamation No. 1133/2011, is the constitutionally mandated body to conduct elections, organize referendum and regulate political parties in Ethiopia. NEBE is working to boost its’ institutional strength with a special focus on enhancement of human resource capacity. Accordingly, NEBE would like to invite applicants for following position who meet the following requirements.

Position 1 – Junior Finance Expert II

Job Requirements:
Masters or BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
2 years for Masters or 4 years relevant experience for BA.

Know-How (Skills) (Technical competencies):
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and financial management.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Ethical mindset with a commitment to transparency, integrity, and responsible financial practices.

Requirement Skill

xperience and knowledge of IFMIS, IFRIS is required

Position 2 – Finance Expert

Job Requirements:
Masters or BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management or related fields.
5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
